Ordering Process

	All Infrared Cameras purchased through *Go-Infrared.com* are inspected and tested prior to the being sent to our customers. All parts and components are inspected and verified.The order is fully confirmed and then shipped FOB with a required signature at the receiving location. Our Customers can be assured that trained Thermographers processed their camera order and that their camera is our highest priority.

Shipping Policy

	You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States. We have an accounts with UPS. If you wish to use your account for shipping, that is also an option. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment's destination. All merchandise ordered from our site is shipped FOB Destination. Risk of loss and title are transferred to the purchaser upon receipt of the merchandise from carrier. We do not offer C.O.D. shipments.
